Our vision is to share the Gospel to the people who have never heard about Jesus Christ and to fulfill the great commission. We are a people of vision, so we do want to plant churches where there is no church. It is has been in our heart and soul to uplift the poor and needy.
Good news Calvary Church had its humble beginning in a rented house with three members in the year 2009 in Velachery, Chennai. The small church began to grow through continuous prayers, faith and evangelism. Despite many trials and setbacks the small congregation continued meeting till God provided a rented place in the year 2011. The Lord has been moving powerfully in the church and the sick and demon possessed were healed and delivered and many experienced His divine touch. The Lord at this point impressed on the heart of the Pastor and the believers to start looking for a bigger accommodation for the church. While negotiating with the owners many refused to give their buildings to run a church. Nevertheless we prayed persistently and God blessed us with a new rented building in Madipakkam, Ram Nager. The ministry is progressing well. People are eager and hungry for the truth and we are encouraged to see the light of the gospel impacting their lives.
Meet the Pastor
