Wonders And Miracles

Wonders And Miracles

Scripture Text : “He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.”  Job 5 :9

Our God does wonders that we can’t fathom or understand. He performs numerous miracles that cannot even be counted.

John the disciple of Jesus writes, “Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.” John 21 : 25

You have multiplied, O Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told. Psalms 40 :5

David says, If I would declare and speak of the miracles or to count them they are too many to number. Nobody can count the marvelous works of God.

God is more than able to sustain you through anything that He leads you into.

God sustained Noah and his family through a worldwide flood. God fed Elijah with ravens by a brook, and with meal and oil at a widow’s house. From His garment’s hem, a miraculous healing power flowed to a woman.

In Luke 1, we read about the couple Zechariah and Elizabeth, God worked a miracle for them by blessing them with a child as they were childless.

Friends, as we see in the promise verse, God is going to show you wonders that cannot be fathomed and miracles that cannot be counted.

He is still the same God. When you have exhausted all resources, when all doors are shut, God will miraculously provide for your needs and open doors for you.

In Genesis 21 :16 we read, And as she sat there, she began to sob.

Hagar was wandering in the desert in a desperate situation and crying out, “I cannot watch the boy die.”

God heard her and worked wonders in her life.

Dear friend,

You may be saying, only a miracle can save me in this situation. God sees you pain and He will intervene in your life and do wonders you cannot fathom.

  • Rely completely upon the Lord in every trial
  • Exercise, complete faith in the power of God to handle the situation

“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” Jer. 32:27

What miracle are you waiting for?

The problem, the sickness, the battle, the trial that it is standing tall as a mountain may seem immovable. God will surely move mountains and work miracles for you. He will perform marvelous things in your life.

He’s the wonder-working God and a God who works beyond your imagination.
